An evening of inspiration at the 
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Albuquerque New Mexico.
Group Bicycle Ride starting at the Mayor’s Office in Albuquerque and finishing at the Hard Rock Casino 8am-10am (Finish time may be earlier)
Free Health Screenings at the Hard Rock Casino for the leading causes of Kidney Disease, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. 12pm-4pm
Health screenings provided by Lovelace Health Plan and Fresenius Medical Care.

We are personally inviting you to attend “A Night of Inspiration” with David C. Chavez, Shad Ireland, and friends. Prior to the event, we encourage everyone to come out for the free health screening from 12pm to 4pm at the Hard Rock Casino. The Shad Ireland Foundation’s is focused on combating kidney disease and it’s leading causes, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. Monies raised for the event will be reinvested back into New Mexico on a 24-month health initiative.
$50.00 Preferred Seating tickets include admission to cocktail reception and a seat at dinner.
$100.00 VIP Seating tickets includes admission to cocktail reception, seat at dinner, and admission to the after party at the Jar Spa.
$500.00 Support Packages includes admission for 10 guests to cocktail reception and a seat at diner.
$5,000.00 VIP Package includes admission for 10 guests to cocktail reception, seat at dinner, and admission to the after party at the Jar Spa plus name on table, four (4) bottles of wine, and mention in the program.
Entertainment includes performances by El Gringo, Nick McElroy, and Catherine Kimbro.
